Sisinni Legal knows that the serious consequences of alcohol offenses should not be overlooked. Our underage drinking attorney Andrew J. Sisinni understand that criminal sanctions can range from loss of driving privileges to possible jail time. A conviction may also impact acceptance into college, employment, or loans. These potential penalties demand that you have an experienced attorney to address your case.

If your son or daughter is accused of an underage offense or you are an adult charged with a Pennsylvania alcohol offense, contact Sisinni Legal. With more than 25 years of experience, our underage drinking attorneys represent clients throughout Pennsylvania for a wide range of alcohol-related offenses, including:

Underage drinking — On a first offense, a citation for underage consumption of alcohol carries a three-month driver’s license suspension, whether or not the person was in a car at the time. On a second offense, the suspension is one year.

Underage DUI — Drivers under the age of 21 can be charged with driving under the influence at a BAC of .02% or greater (any alcohol in the blood). Enhanced penalties apply at BAC levels of .08%, .10%, and .16%.

Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor — This is a crime subject to incarceration and often applies to college students who are over the age of 21 and provide liquor to their underage friends; or, parents who provide alcohol for an at-home party. Additional criminal charges and civil liability are possible if the underage drinker injured someone while driving.

Other Alcohol Offenses — Public drunkenness, open container, attempting to purchase liquor by a person under 21.
